How it came about

The original site was designed by Jane's sons, but after I went to my first IF week I took it on. I first designed it using frames (unbeloved by Mozilla Firefox and other browsers).

After completing the Open University's course, T183 Design and the Web, I redesigned the site using the Nvu free software provided by the OU and tables - now deprecated.

This is its third incarnation at my hand, this time using Dreamweaver.

Photographs

Nearly all the photographs link to a complete or enlarged version of the thumbnail. The Open University's course T189 Digital Photography taught me how to produce better pictures for the site.
